About Us

Toprak Bakliyat is a producer and exporter specialising in pulses and grains, founded in Mersin, Türkiye in 1978. For more than 46 years we have sourced rice, lentils, chickpeas, dry beans, bulgur and popcorn maize from Anatolia's most fertile basins, processing every lot at our Mersin facilities through sieving, de-stoning, optical colour sorting and metal-detector controls.

Today we supply 27 products across 6 product groups — wholesale within Türkiye and exported to more than 40 countries. Production complies with ISO 22000 and HACCP food-safety standards, and our Halal-certified range fully meets the expectations of Middle Eastern and Gulf markets.

What sets us apart is the supply network built over half a century: we know each crop at field level, follow the harvest calendar and classify every batch against the same quality criteria. Grain size, cooking performance and moisture content are measured in every lot; product below standard never enters the packing line.

Our location next to the Port of Mersin — one of Türkiye's largest container ports — enables fast loading and competitive freight costs. With packaging options from 1 kg retail packs to 50 kg sacks and 1000 kg big-bags, we deliver private-label solutions for retailers, food manufacturers and importers.
